Have I mentioned that I'm a foodie and I love to cook???
For New Years Eve I made my stuffed pork loin with port sauce, strawberry goat cheese salad, roasted sweet potatos and mashed potatos with cream chese and chives.
All was VERY good :) It's truly my favorite meal of the year :)
